When we arranged to hire him, the agreement was to come every week on Thursdays or Fridays. That rarely happened all summer -- some times 10 days would go by, some times even 2 weeks & then we'd have to message him & ask why he hadn't come, He told my husband that he was saving us money by coming every 2 weeks instead of each week -- but that's not what we hired him to do.
