Ordered a drink and protien balls prior to ordering a shake which were fine, the girls at my work liked the protien balls. A client of mine recommended a shake so I ordered one specifically requesting cookies and cream without soy or whey as I get really sick. Came in to pick it up and the shake was chocolate brown, not at all cookies and cream. They remade me a shake but insisted it would only taste good with the soy.
