Arguably the best gym I’ve ever been to. Toni has great attention to detail and focuses more on the process rather than the results. Toni's the best kind of sarcastic, cheeky legend you need in a trainer: knows her stuff, pushes you hard, and roasts you just enough to keep you coming back for more. Wouldn’t lift without her.

I came across Toni’s fitness page a few years ago, and I can't recommend her highly enough! I have never had a PT as caring, dedicated & disciplined as Toni. She takes her time to listen to her clients & has personalised my workouts to align perfectly with my goals.
