After a 4 year hiatus my wife and I are back at 3xf. We've had 5 combined surgeries as well as a few rounds of chemo during our time away and gained more than a few pounds. Back here working with Jackson as our personal trainer we have lost over 20 pounds together in the first 5 weeks back, thanks for everything 3xF
the gym was easily one of the most intimidating places for me prior to joining 3xF. however, the gym is now easily one of my favorite places to be. 3xF is one of the most welcoming environments no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey.
Great people with a great mission! I started out by coming to a few “bring a friend” days with my brother and immediately found myself wanting to come back. The atmosphere at 3XF is incredible—clean, professional, and welcoming. Everyone here is focused and respectful, and it’s not like some gyms where things feel chaotic or uncomfortable. This group of people are wonderful! I'm a 54 yaer old male trying to get in better shape , better health. My trainer, Martin, is great at what he does. He challenges you, but yet you walk out feeling accomplished. Best decision I've made in a long time. I encourage anyone that is trying to get in better shape to give them a try!
