Staff and members have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The coaches are excellent and ensure members are using the correct form for each exercise and provide alternatives to an exercise, as needed! I’ve received excellent customer service with great communication!
Love this new way of training. It's not for the people who are not serious about life changes. You have a dietitian and my trainer Martin is awesome. I wouldn't change anything. Joined again for the second month. It takes time so dont expect it in a day. Don't give up.

After a 4 year hiatus my wife and I are back at 3xf. We've had 5 combined surgeries as well as a few rounds of chemo during our time away and gained more than a few pounds. Back here working with Jackson as our personal trainer we have lost over 20 pounds together in the first 5 weeks back, thanks for everything 3xF
the gym was easily one of the most intimidating places for me prior to joining 3xF. however, the gym is now easily one of my favorite places to be. 3xF is one of the most welcoming environments no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey.
