I have enjoyed and benefited from my weekly workouts. I really enjoyed the personal attention and working with my trainer. I have enjoyed the benefits from my workouts and look forward to them which is a first for me.
Ive been a customer at this gym for a little over 6 weeks now. Ive hired joby as my trainer and he has gone above and beyond to help me reach my goals. Every session is an exciting and challenging new battle to conquer and joby has been by my side every step of the way pushing me to do my best. After a few years off, my husband and I are back at 3xf! We tried other things in the meantime, but nothing came close to this place. Excited to see what this round brings, last time it gave us friendships that have lasted for years!
Staff and members have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The coaches are excellent and ensure members are using the correct form for each exercise and provide alternatives to an exercise, as needed! I’ve received excellent customer service with great communication!
Love this new way of training. It's not for the people who are not serious about life changes. You have a dietitian and my trainer Martin is awesome. I wouldn't change anything. Joined again for the second month. It takes time so dont expect it in a day. Don't give up.
