Called this company for my girlfriend. They came the same day as she had a water leak and mold behind here refrigerator and in the floor. The guy that came out seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond checking the entire home for mold and or water damage. Top tier inspector! I typically work in the Phoenix Valley and didn’t have a trusted inspector for Payson. I found Dave online from all his positive reviews. I have used him twice now and he has been nothing short of amazing. Phenomenal communication. Quality reports with videos and pictures showing every issue with a detailed explanation. He is on time, and has an amazing report turn around time. I wish he was in the valley so I could use him for every one of my inspections!
