I had an excellent experience with 3West Environmental. When I called, the person on the phone was incredibly kind and empathetic, making the process easy from the start. Tim, the owner, was highly professional and knowledgeable. They arrived within two hours and had results ready just three hours after testing—unbelievably fast service! I highly recommend 3West Environmental for their efficiency, professionalism, and outstanding customer care.

We called for an inspection in the morning and an inspector was at our home early afternoon. Inspection was conducted expeditiously and the report was received in three days.

Do you wanna deal with a rude company Ask yourself? Sometimes in life, someone’s position can override their disposition and this couldn’t be more true The boss Tim is no better than the secretary that talks down to you because you don’t understand. He has no patience. He says he’s super busy and he has no time and doesn’t like my approach with two college degrees asking him to explain things to me for clarity. Prices are much higher than other places, which provide the exact same service and report the results in 24 hours. I paid 800 for asbestos testing only for two samples! Really unsatisfied!
