Been attending this gym for almost a year. The staff and owner are knowledgable and care not just your fitness goals, but your health. They check in with you, they know your name. It's genuine place for growth and encouragement. Since this is the atmosphere they create, all the people who come here are down-to-earth and kind also. I have made friends here. One of my favorite gyms in the SGV! Fabian and the rest of the staff are super friendly and really make you feel part of the community. Everyone is supportive, which makes working out way more fun. I’ve also seen real results from the workouts. Definitely recommend!
This gym is incredible! Fabian, Michelle, and Soriah are such an inspiring team—they bring so much energy, knowledge, and genuine care to every class. The workouts are challenging, fun, and always leave you feeling stronger. The community they’ve built is so supportive and motivating.
