Took an hour to get food after ordering. Tried to cancel order as I have not received but told me to wait and did not want to remove it. Manager just gave a half off discount on the sandwich. Terrible management.
Last Saturday we visited 3UP Carmel with a group of 20 people around 7:00 PM to celebrate our friend’s Birthday. Ruined Birthday Celebration & Threatened for Returning Undercooked Food We came to 3UP to celebrate a birthday and left feeling disrespected and completely let down. Upon our arrival at approximately 7:00 PM, the establishment was experiencing a high volume of patrons. Our party, consisting of approximately 15 individuals, placed orders for both beverages and food. We observed that the server appeared to be under considerable pressure and exhibited some signs of irritation.
