Eva Keegan and TLP have done projects for us at two different houses and we were well pleased. Not only did they do quality work in a timely manner, but Eva and Wayne gave us ideas which were helpful in redesigning spaces and reducing some costs.
Working with Eva Keegan (EK Design) and Wayne Thurmon with 3TLP was fabulous! From the inital scope of the project to the budgeting to the finished first floor renovation, it was a wonderful experience. We began our renovation during the beginning of COVID, and the team continued through it as it was essential that it get finished.
