My yard was a weed filled mess. I asked 3T to tailor a solution for just the part my family and I use (the rest is a steep hill). That was not a problem for them! After 3T, the yard looks great! You can see where they treated. This year I am having them treat it all. They also solved my weed problem in my flower beds. Definitely signing up for that again.
Mike and his team did a great job aerating and seeding our lawn. Was able to give good insight on our flower bed too!!
