Very friendly staff. Triannis and Janier made sure I was comfortable the entire time. State of the art facility.
Brought my mother here for an MRI and we were treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism. Triannis was very attentive to us from beginning to end. Very pleased with 3T Radiology.

I recently had an MRI at 3T Radiology and Research, and while MRIs aren’t exactly the most enjoyable experience, the staff made the entire process so much better! Triannis at the reception desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient—truly going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Carlos, the MRI technician, was equally wonderful. Extremely Poor Customer Service The service provided by Isabella at the front desk was absolutely terrible. She was unable to answer basic questions, did not know the supervisor’s name, and did not even have the location’s phone number available. She came across as completely uninterested in helping customers and seemed to have no desire to do her job. The level of customer service was shockingly poor and completely unacceptable.
