I have no idea why this place is getting slammed in the other reviews, but I had a good experience. The ladies at the front desk were NOT rude but friendly and attentive. I checked in and registered online to expedite the process needed for my appointment. Justin was the tech that performed my ct scan. He was very kind, informative, and communicated with me step by step on what he needed to do. He guided me all throughout the scan. Simple process. I was finished in less than 20 minutes. MRIs Suck!!! I get why people may be angry, but I've had several MRIs at 3T and yeah they sucked, but the people there tried to make it better. i appreciate that they tried to make it better even though it sucked. Thank you.

The other reviews are right. Just the worst people to work with, should have no business interacting with patients. I would never use this company again.
Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, I suffered from a panic attack while trying to undergo a brain MRI. I heard the staff laughing and talking about me after. The front staff informed me I needed to have my doctor prescribe an anti-anxiety medication and reschedule. After rescheduling, I called to confirm my appointment, and they informed me they would be cancelling my appointment due to claustrophobia??
