Literally the worst place ever, trust the reviews !! No one picks up the phone , no one called back, you are put on hold and then hung up on!!!
My mother and I had a poor experience at this facility. The front desk staff who checked us in were warm and friendly. Unfortunately, our experience declined after we checked in. My mother has an alzheimer's diagnosis and she was there to get a MRI for her brain for a drug study. The technician elected to do the imaging was abrasive with me and my mother when I asked to be in the imaging room with my mother when she called my mother for her imaging. Stay as far away from them as possible. You will be forced to listen to 10 minutes long robot speech without any chance to stop it. Then you will be put on hold for another 20 minutes. Then the line will go dead. You are better off going to another center. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.
I have been a repeat customer here. I initially chose them for their 3T - higher sensitive machines and found all my appointments to be a breeze. They provide competitive rates for your diagnostics needs, and you can always get an appointment within a week. The appointments are so smooth, no wait and they give you your DICOM cd on the spot as well as a radiologist report in 1-2 days through their website. Highly recommended
