Front desk staff is very Helpful and efficient. Very pleasant and professional. Ultrasound technician was very gentle and friendly. Will continue to use 3T for all my imaging in the future.
I came here for an ultrasound and had a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Everything was quick, clear, and well-organized. Highly recommend
If you come here to get an MRI through insurance, be prepared that they will send an invoice to your insurance for ~$4,489 (as in my case). My insurance covered $3,283, and I still have to pay $1,205 out of pocket, while other clinics offer the same procedure without insurance for $500–700. I have no idea why this place is getting slammed in the other reviews, but I had a good experience. The ladies at the front desk were NOT rude but friendly and attentive. I checked in and registered online to expedite the process needed for my appointment. Justin was the tech that performed my ct scan. He was very kind, informative, and communicated with me step by step on what he needed to do. He guided me all throughout the scan. Simple process. I was finished in less than 20 minutes.
