Great service from this shop. The mechanics are thorough and care about the work while still providing good turnaround times. I get proactive calls when my stuff is ready whether its a bike in for service or an item on order. The staff is warm, helpful, and approachable. The shop's major brand is the "Big S" but they carry BMC, Santa Cruz etc. While Specialized doesn't have the niche appeal of the smaller labels, I really do think they make solid bikes (my race bike is a Tarmac) and thoughtful finishing kit - shoes, helmets,... read more
Selection is wonderful. Store is in a great location. Staff is warm, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Whether I've spent a few dollars on nutrition or a few thousand on a bike, the team has always treated me fantastic.
