I called in the morning at the specified hours on the website, waited for over 15 minutes to be told that there's high volume and that I should leave a message. What kind of operation is this that I call at opening hours in the morning and not be able to reach someone! I am the owner of this dental office in Canada, so unlike this company, they just got the money of upgrading then my scanner got downgrade with so slow and bad quality of pictures, no one in cahrge care to contact me, worst experience ever, never recommend them
I own 3 snanners from this company costing around 100,000 USD. Do not buy a scanner from this company. Once they deem your scanner "outdated", they will not care one bit about supporting the machine they manufactured. They simply tell you to buy new ones and take a hike if you don't like it.
