Used Tristan at 3RM several times with mixed results. I hired him was after we moved into our new home and the heater stopped working. I initially called the home warranty who sent a tech out of Eufala. That tech pronounced our heater dead saying it couldn't be fixed and we would have to spend $18k on a new system.
