Hands down the best on the planet!!! The Ashiatsu is amazing!! Especially for sore muscles after a workout. Seriously…try it out, you will book again.
Kate is exceptional! I was unsure about trying Shiatsu massage but she provides an incredible deep massage and finds ways to get into muscle areas that need it. She also checks in throughout the massage, to see if she's applying the right pressure. I also appreciate the heated bed, heat pads, cupping tools and other methods she uses. I sleep like a baby after my massages with Kate, she's the best!
Kate at 3rd Stone Massage is wonderful. She provides a deep, thorough, ashiatsu (foot-based) massage that leaves me feeling relaxed and flexible every time. As an active person I need a deeper, thorough massage and Kate makes every effort to ensure she provides the right amount of pressure on each limb. I have never felt so energized after her massages.
