These guys were so great. The whole experience was good, starting with Samantha and ending with Clint and Garret. Guys knew their stuff. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
There is a reason these folks are consistently voted the best in the area. I had an issue at my dad's house but wasn't sure what the source of the problem was. The guys came out, identified the problem and put me in touch with a roofer to get it fixed. Would highly, highly recommend!
Jonah and Jason were true professionals. They showed up on time and communicated great. Once we went through the details of the job they got to work and knocked it out quickly. The price for the job was also fair. I would hire 3rd Rock again based on this experience.
Not sure if I trust this company with my plumbing when they can’t simply operate their vans going down the interstate and cutting off semi trucks driving safely today, July 23 at 1600 on Highway 40 near Hickory North Carolina was cut off by one of their employees While operating a Semi truck
Clint did a great job. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He assessed the leak and repaired it. This company always answers the phone and sends help quickly. I highly recommend Third Rock Plumbing! Everyone I have dealt with over the years has been a true professional.
