They were the only plumber that actually followed through and gave me the estimate for my water leak at the main meter. July 2024 I'm only given four stars only because they were kind of pricey for my budget but I think they would do an excellent job. I just wish I could afford them.
I was pleased with the work 3rd Rock Plumbing did when they replaced my water pipes with PEX. Mike seemed proficient in assessing my copper pipes and giving me an estimate. Joe, Clint, and Jacob seemed skillful in the plumbing work. They were courteous and kind.

3rd Rock Plumbing has been among the best service of any of the tradesmen we've used for all the major renovations we've done on our 60 year old house. 3rd Rock was easy to schedule with and Mike gave a fair estimate. Jay showed up on time, completed the work on time, & was respectful, friendly, and efficient. We needed our toilet moved to a new location during our master bath renovation & Jay completed the job in just a few hours. We'll definitely be calling them for any other plumbing needs.
