I wanted to thank the entire 3rd ROC Solar team for helping me rescue a failed solar system that another installer was unwilling to fix. 3rd ROC Solar was able to jump in and help finish the diagnostic steps the inverter manufacture required and then ultimately install warranty replacement micro-inverters. Thank you again so much!
I had the solar panels and system installed over last summer. Thought the people were nice enough and solar always seemed like a good idea to me. 6 months after they installed everything it stopped working and the company charges you $450 to come and solve the issue and then you have to pay $450 for them to come back out and fix what they think it is. The service fees will end up costing me for than the actual solar setup. I think solar is a good idea but I would stay away from this company or atleast ask them about this rev... read more
Paid our deposit in summer 2025 and were told the project would take roughly 12 weeks after approvals. Installation was not completed until the end of January, inspection passed in early February, and we are now at the end of May 2026 and the system is still not operational. At one point we were told delays were related to our prior community solar program, something that was never identified or addressed during the many months between signing our contract and installation. Their team was on time, professional, courteous, and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. They gave me a completion timeline and they completed well before the timeline. Communication was constant and if I needed someone to answer a question, it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend them for your solar needs.
