I’ve had this system since 2021. Everything has been great until this spring when 4 panels are not producing power. Ive tried calling this company a few times every week since the first of June. When someone actually answers I get directed to the warranty department which then they do not answer and I leave a voicemail. After a month no call back yet. This is ridiculous! Absolutely thrilled with our solar installation! The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. Everything was completed on time, and the system is performing perfectly. From consultation to final setup, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this company to anyone considering going solar!
Unprofessional, nasty and rude employees. Park illegally on the street, causing traffic issues and then when asked to move they yell racial slurs at you. Ridiculous and not worth your money. Go with professionals
I wasn't able to complete my project with 3rd ROC Solar, but I learned so much. Incentives are great right now to have solar installed. Their team is EXTREMELY efficient, so much so I personally felt a little overwhelmed and rushed. They took care of assisting with financing, and wow there are many options out there! They completed paperwork for all of the NYSERDA incentives and scheduled the inspections. BRAD, was great to work with and quick to respond to inquiries.
