I originally had a great experience with Josh and his team, and I still appreciate their honesty and reasonable approach. However, after five months of trying to resolve an issue, I feel the need to update my review. While my system is producing electricity as expected, the mobile app and monitoring were never fully set up due to an installation issue with the wiring. The installers didn’t go as the plans specified and the inspection was failed and haven’t heard back for two weeks now. We were hoping to have it all finished according to their plans
Not responsive. I requested quotes, heard back and the engineer was going to do some research and mapping and then get back to me. Never heard back. Would have loved to crunch the numbers with them but radio silence…
