I am so happy I called 3rd Gen Auto. While driving solo from Colorado to California, my car broke down off highway 80 on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. I was scared that I would not be able to find anywhere open and when I called 3rd Gen Auto, Jayson picked up right away willing to help. I had AAA who helped tow my car to his shop, and from there I was in great hands. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy! I drove over to him late at night and that wasn't at all a problem for him. Together we took my car for a spin to figure out what the problem was, and he made sure to explain everything to me. Great place to go if you find your self in a tricky situation with your car.

Jason at 3rd gen is an absolute life saver. Was moving my family from Oklahoma to Washington and had my exhaust burn a hole in my brake line resulting in total fluid loss.with my wife and daughter and four fur babies to worry about and pulling a 26 foot RV, not having proper brakes was a bit frightening! We made 1 call and it was Jason. He met us within and hour of contacting him, which was around 9 pm. Jason is the absolute best! My car started overheating outside of Rock Springs- and being a young woman completely out of my element when it comes to anything with cars and 2 and half hours from home- I called Jason and he was there within 15 minutes. Thought I had blown a radiator hose turns out I put too much oil in my car 🤦🏻‍♀️. Jason got me back in the road in no time and was kind enough to contact me to ensure everything was okay while I was on the road . So thankful - 5 star service!!!!
