Meera has had a significant impact on my mental wellbeing, with a broad spectrum of treatment methods. Highly recommend if you are looking for a therapist that cares and is capable of providing help through many different types of disciplines.
Meera is great. Her passion for her job is very apparent. i don’t write reviews unless I’ve had an excellent experience or the opposite. She is excellent. Every time I leave I am so much better off then before I got there. Very grateful for what she’s helped me with so far and to be able to continue getting help in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about Meera! I sought her out to help with my 8 year old son with ADHD and an accompanying tic. Hypnotherapy in general and Meera specifically have been instrumental for teaching him how to deal with emotions, attention, and clearing away his vocal tic. I am glad that I went to see Meera for a few sessions. She was compassionate, present and able to help me during a stressful time. I appreciated that she also gave me tools and ressources that I can now keep using after the sessions, as needed. Feeling more calm now and thankful for her support.
