I am enjoying 3rd Degree so much! Tionna is so pleasant, so inspiring, so skilled. She is aware of each individuals needs. She Challenges us while ensure we are all using the proper form. Pam is so welcoming as well. I am so pleased that I joined the 3rd degree community. All of the attendees are a joy to be with, so encouraging. I am so happy that I found 3rd Degree Training!!!
Went for both classes and 1-on-1 training. Great trainers, always left feeling like I had a good workout.
This place may be ok for someone who is just getting back into working out but a 30 minute workout won’t cut it for most people. I feel like this place is a fraud, frankly. The place is run down with no mirrors to check form. The training level of the instructor for the one class that I took was questionable. 3rd Degree is something I've wanted to do for years, but I didn't think I could. After getting hurt at work I realized I let myself go and I needed something to get me in shape again. After trying a free class I knew this was exactly what I needed. The classes help keep me strong and pain free and able to do my job each day.
