I love the 3rd Degree classes! The classes are fun and full of energy. The instructors are fabulous and always so welcoming! I highly recommend 3rd Degree to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness!

I joined in January and it was the best thing I have done in years. The classes are great you can go at your pace and the instructors are amazing always making it enjoyable. First gym I have stayed on track with. Thanks 3rd Degree

I have been a member at 3rd degree training in Montague since January 2020. The class schedule has been so easy to get in 4-5 workouts each week with my busy work schedule and home life schedule. I have seen great results in myself so far and am excited to see more as I reach new goals. One of my favourite parts about 3rd degree is the members & staff its like a little family.
