Got a 1 hour facial for my mom and I for my birthday! It was technically a 'couples facial' but honestly worked better than having us both in separate rooms. Our facialist was very nice and knew what he was doing. It was relaxing, soothing, felt amazing, and we left with dewy soft skin. Everything about the facial was great but we really loved the added neck and shoulder massage. Could probably do an hour of just that! Would definitely recommend this spot for a facial. Made an appointment for my three girls almost a month out. I said I was going to do two hair trims and highlighted hair when I got there. The man said that wasn’t highlights. It was gonna be a two tone color and he wasn’t gonna be able to do it. I am a father. I do not know anything about highlights. I would be giving three stars since The haircut I received was very good, he listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job with it. The only reason I’m not rating higher is because he came across a bit rude, which may have been due to a misunderstanding when my husband booked the appointments. My husband now understands the technical terms for the color my daughter wanted, so that part is cleared up. And when he booked at a different salon he knew what to say.
