They rescheduled my appt twice, and the second time gave me less than a 2 hour notice the day before I leave before a big trip. They lost my business
I been to many salons in Chicago and this has been my favorite. Lydia is a perfectionist and exceeded my expectations!
I got my hair done here recently with Lydia and she did a phenomenal job! My hair needed some serious TLC and she completely brought my hair back to life! I cannot recommend her enough!! I got a long layered haircut and decided to try out some long bangs and I am so happy I did because I loved how they came out! I am also in love with my blowout!! I’m leaving feeling like a completely new woman :)
Made an appointment for my three girls almost a month out. I said I was going to do two hair trims and highlighted hair when I got there. The man said that wasn’t highlights. It was gonna be a two tone color and he wasn’t gonna be able to do it. I am a father. I do not know anything about highlights. I wish I would’ve had it better understanding or I could be told more specifically what I wanted.
