John and the team at 3rd Coast Developers did fantastic work! I highly recommend them. My project took several months, but it was worth the wait for the cost savings and quality of work. My fence was torn down during hurricane Beryl. I could have replaced it with a cedar fence like the rest of my neighbors, but those would have rotted away in less than 5 years. This company did a very good job building me a fence. Good communications and workmanship. After completion I discovered a water leak from an underground irrigation pipe. They promptly fixed it. I recommend 3rd Coast Developers.
