Edit: Editing my review due to the quick response to remedy the situation. Originally, the arrangement did not resemble the product photo on the website but their team offered a full refund to make up for the mix-up which I am thankful for.

Hi, I just wanted to share my disappointment with the flowers I purchased. They were quite expensive, but the arrangement had far more leaves than actual flowers, which was not what I expected. For the price, I was honestly expecting a fuller bouquet with more blooms. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the quality, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration.
