Dr Rominger is such a knowledgeable and respectful doctor. She knew my husband was nervous about the numbing needles and made sure to keep the needle from his view and to tell in detail every move she made and noise or sound he’d hear so it didn’t cause more anxiety. This was my first visit to Boggs Dentistry in Hickory, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. I am not an easy patient. I had several high stress experiences as a child that has left me a fearful and combative patient. My teeth are not in the best condition due to me avoiding the chair for several years. These people were patient, accommodating, and have made me feel at home. And the work they did on my teeth was sublime. I had a large crack and heavy decay on my front tooth which they made look good as new. Dr Boggs did amazing work on my teeth. I was told by another dentist that they couldn’t be saved and to just pull them and get dentures. Dr Boggs was able to save them all and I can now smile again with confidence. I feel like I have a new lease on life. The office team and dental assistants are all so kind and helpful! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
