Different wash bays wash better or worse. The touch wash bay only soaps the passenger side of my truck from the top. The hood and roof roller barely touches my hood, then lifts out of touch halfway up my windshield. Good thing I have a membership, I have to go thru the touch less side to get a clean truck. And even those are hit and miss if it will do a good job. I recommend the far left bay, it seems to do best.
Car wash is usually great but earlier I went through the soft touch bay and I got the $24 wash and it never even removed the bird poop off the side of the car in fact the side brushes barely made any contact with the car, so I had to use the self serve wash and was able to rinse it off within 20 seconds. For $24 I would expect better
Went through this touchless car wash last Friday. I have crew cab duramax w/long bed. I usually have to pull forward a little extra to fit in these, and I’ve used this one before no problem. But last Friday it foamed the driver side of my truck, rinsed it and kicked me out. No pressure wash no nothing. Tried calling several times and even stopped by during business hours but had not been able to make contact with anyone. Just want it made right Update: I got refunded and given free wash. I will return to try again
