Had a decaying deck demolished and rebuilt with covered section. Price was comparable to other providers, but we went with 3R based on conversations with Jim and do not regret doing so. They (both Jim and Eric) kept good lines of communication throughout the project and were receptive to any changes and concerns. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and would use 3R again for future services inside the home.
Highly recommend 3R Services. We had our basement remodelled and couldn't be happier with the workmanship and finished product. Jim and Eric were extremely easy to work with and very responsive to each stage of the process. Jim and his team did a large addition on our Highlands home in 2019/2020 and in 2026 we're having him back to do additional work. Pricing is very competitive, quality is great and the team is easy to work with. Would def recommend
3R Services have done two projects for us. One is a total remodel. They have done stellar work on both projects. The quality of the work is amazing. Jim and Eric are very professional and knowledgeable. They were great about communicating and also had great suggestions for our upgrades. We will definitely us them again.
