Jim, Eric, and crew did a fantastic job on our basement bathroom remodel. It was a tricky project because of the location of the pipes, but they worked hard to find a solution. They also fixed small cosmetic things in other parts of the basement that have made a big difference. All workers were very communicative, punctual, friendly, and detail-oriented. I'd use 3R Services again for home projects in the future.
My wife and I were nervous about taking on a remodel project with a newborn baby, a 4 year-old, and a 100lb dog that doesn't really like men he doesn't know. 3R Services was amazing to work with for our basement finish. The basement finish was for close to 700 sq ft and included one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living space with a wet bar. Jim and Eric made sure everything was done right at each step and quickly addressed any questions or changes that we had. Our basement finish was done within our schedule and the work done is very high quality. We would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them again for any future projects.
