All around professional, very smart, clean and thorough! My laundry was backing up and smelling from my main drain on my house and I couldn’t solve it. The guys not only cleared the problem but gave me a solution to avoid it in the future. All with fair pricing as well. A+ I called on Wednesday and they were here Thursday morning. Highly recommend.
I had my yearly tune-up for my oil burner. The service men was polite, great customer service skills.
3R was great as usual. Fast service and good people. Was more than I expected for an outside sillcock but I guess that’s the way it is these days.
3R has twice come to my rescue now with two critical calls. After a carbon monoxide leak in my basement, it turned out the source was a faulty (old) water heater and they were able to quickly and efficiently install a new system during the coldest days of January. More recently, I also had a pipe burst in my basement on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend and they were the only of 3 plumbing companies that I called who were immediately available.
