Terrible
The money that they give you for your time is actually a card from Patriot Bank with its own rules on fees. The card charges international fees for all transactions in PR. So they say they give you 60 dollars (theyre in a card) but then I tried to pay a bill online for 60 dollars and it was declined because the card charges you fees to use it online so now i have 59.45 instead of 60. I have applied for this company way back in July 2022 for the Customer Service Representative position and wasn't selected which is typically common in the Las Vegas area when it comes to certain demographics e.g. black and African Americans not getting rehird and being rejected for select positions. Paysign is extremely racist, picky and selective like other Las Vegas area employers e.g. Asurion, Zappos, and Barclay's in terms of hiring which is not fair. 😡
I don't use this companies services, if your a company that does, it would be nice if you could leave a review. Staff seems very dedicated. I stayed at the hotel next door. They come in by 6am and leave after dark. They should go to their roof top balcony with coffee, tea, or whatever you like every morning. Look out over this city! Your opportunities are endless. Stay dedicated!
