Finding a therapist who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate can be challenging, but Jazmyne is the exception. The experience of working with her feels incredibly genuine. She shows up as a real person, providing support that is authentic and encouraging. If your needs fall within her specialties (EMDR, sex, and couples work) then she is an expert I recommend wholeheartedly.

My husband and I were meeting with Jazmyne Thomas for a year and a half for couples therapy. Jazmyne is fantastic and so smart! We immediately felt safe opening up to her, as she is a great listener, warm, personable, and enthusiastic. I’ve worked as a Social Worker for almost 20 years and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Thomas since 2017. She was absolutely one of the brightest, most caring, and thorough clinicians on the team. She’s diligent, respectful, and always does her best to provide thoughtful, considerate, and sensitive care. She’s great with mood management, interpersonal communication, and advocacy and also specializes in sex therapy as well as couples therapy.
