Didn’t even get a chance to try this place unfortunately. Our family walked in, we were the only ones in there. There were 2 employees (a young lady and an older man). They didn’t even acknowledge us. No hello, can I help you, have you been here before? They both looked us dead in our faces more than once. Rick was super attentive and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We drive all the way from Brandon because of how much we love this place.
I was just there today. The girl at the counter was rude and I ordered a cold brew that was on the menu and she was looking at me like i was crazy, turns out they don't have that menu item yet and the staff wasn't told anything about it. Then while the employees were telling me this they both had gloves on and one of them proceeded to RUB THEIR EYE with GLOVES ON before making my food with those same gloves.
