Came in about a week ago after having a tough day at work and not eating anything all day. So, I placed a pick up order for 1 singular smoothie, only to get there and have to walk around for the ‘3rd time’ now to simply get my order that is ready in a fridge. It is okay to hire people that are no longer in high school. Just someone who works in food and knows good customer service. I will now sadly go elsewhere to experience some friendlier faces. My best to the manager, I hope things get better for the hiring force.
Horrific experience. Yesterday we went in and spoke to the manager regarding my daughter’s celiac disease. He assured us they could make her a gluten free wrap with no cross contamination. Instead what transpired was one of the young ladies delivering someone else’s order to our table. My daughter ate a quarter of the wrap until she bit into what felt crunchy like a crouton. It was at this point I ran over and asked what the crunch was and they responded croutons! My daughter ran to the bathroom to try to make herself vomit.... read more
