Absolutely terrible experience. They messed up our order THREE separate times, and the interaction with employees was awful. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The final straw was when they threw away our food and refused to offer any reimbursement for the time we spent waiting over 45 minutes for a wrap. We paid for food we never even got to eat. Not sure how I paid $13.25 for the amount of acai in this bowl. The serving size is tiny and full of fruit. I understand the economy is rough, but this quantity is not sufficient for the price to me. I won’t be back.
