I would like to share a fabulous customer service experience I received from Carol at this location. I “thought” I received the wrong salad and when I returned to the store to get it straightened out I discovered it was my error in ordering. Carol was great about it and offered to prepare the salad I wanted even though it was my mistake. When I returned to my office BOTH salads were in the bag. On 5/15/26 I went on their website to place an order , and I accidentally chose the wrong store. Totally my fault. I thought I was ordering from the one on Donald Ross and Military Trail which is right across the street from me. I realized my mistake when I walked over to my 3 natives and they said they never got my order. I checked my text message and sure enough my order was ready. I went and ate there one time they left the toothpick in my sandwich that got stuck in my gums in my mouth. I told them about it they could care less
