Ordered two açai bowls to-go with my daughter. Got home to enjoy our bowls and found the order was incorrect, they made my daughters bowl wrong an added items she specifically asked to remove, but the worst part was the quality of the fruit. The strawberries were old and mushy, like slop. The açai was freezer burnt with large chunks of water-ice. Very disappointing because I have had their bowls before, but these were really unacceptable. For nearly 13 dollars a bowl, we expected better.
My favorite place for a smoothie! My vacation has been perfect with my mornings walks and a smoothie! Great customer service. 🥰
I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a chicken wrap, waited a long time for my food, and when I finally got it, the chicken was raw. After paying the price they charge for the wrap and waiting that long, I expected a meal that was at least cooked properly. I couldn’t even eat it, which was incredibly frustrating. I hope the restaurant takes food safety more seriously and improves both the quality of the food and the wait times so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
I love it here! My smoothie was so addictive and delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. And the staff that day, Alexis and Saylor, were absolutely amazing. Definitely returning soon!
Saylor and Alexis were very nice and welcoming to the customers. I and two friends loved this experience and they both deserve much recognition about their work experience.
