3N1 is a hidden gem in Ann Arbor. The staff, trainers, and members are so friendly, equipment is top of the line, everything is SO clean, and the water dispenser with electrolytes is a nice touch LOL. I'm mostly writing this review to speak to my experience doing 1 on 1 personal training with Bella. I came to Bella 3 months ago with zero confidence in the gym and no strength to speak of, and am now in the best shape of my adult life. I had the best experience at 3N1 Fitness today! I was traveling through Ann Arbor and decided to stop by for a quick workout. The facilities are everything I could ask for, specifically treadmill/stairmaster, kettlebells, dumbells, and many rigs throughout the gym. Very clean bathrooms and showers as well. Thanks so much Eddie for the hospitality, I'll be sure to be back!
Awesome gym! Very much a family feel when you join. The owner and all the trainers are amazing. Has all the equipment you need and great classes you can sign up for. Really enjoy the variety in the workouts as it keeps my body guessing and my muscles sore...in a good way. Do yourself a favor and hit the Dynamic Stretching class on Weds AM. It's a great way to loosen up halfway through the week. Hours of operation work really well with my schedule. Location is convenient with easy access to main roads.
