Awesome gym! Very much a family feel when you join. The owner and all the trainers are amazing. Has all the equipment you need and great classes you can sign up for. Really enjoy the variety in the workouts as it keeps my body guessing and my muscles sore...in a good way. Hours of operation work really well with my schedule. Location is convenient with easy access to main roads.

If you want a gym that is a community that will support and motivate you, 3N1 is the place. I love coming here and seeing all the friendly faces while I push through the next seemingly impossible workout. While not huge, the facility is in great condition and the equipment is top quality and continually evolves to meet the needs of clientele.
