This company has truly been a blessing to me and my son. From the moment we walked in the door we could feel the love from everyone. And Johnathan is the BEST!
It’s hard getting a direct answer about service from the provider a constant blame game between 3m’s and Medicaid .. if they don’t know the answer they will tell you they will get back to you and never follow up please do you due diligence in reference to services I was recommended this provider by Medicaid and would tell anybody to explore other options (Charlotte office )
***This is for Charlotte Location: My family has waited several months for services. So many unreturned calls and miscommunication. They waited to the DAY OF to discharge us. Mary Wilson was the point of contact and rarely returned calls however she finally managed to call us to discharge before services before they could officially start. So much “run around” has been frustrating. And now even more disappointing that they’ve decided to discharge my family because they “can’t staff”.
