I have pursued two projects with 3model. The first was a repair job to correct a previous contractor's badly installed basement egress window. The second was a major addition to an existing house, including upgraded power/HVAC, additional bedrooms/bathrooms, and a new crawlspace beneath. Adrian at 3model did an amazing job repairing a malfunctioning gutter and repairing some subsequent water damage. He really helped me come up with a cost-effective solution that works great. He was very professional and I will be calling him in the future with other projects. Highly recommend! 10/10

We used Adrian and his team for a full bathroom, bedroom, and closet remodel. Overall, the project from initial discussions to project wrap took about a year, with the actual remodeling work taking about five months (and we appreciated him staying late to meet deadlines before the holidays).
