I LOVE 3MF!!!! I have been to three different locations and currently go to the one here in Cranberry. I feel like I have tried every workout class in the books and 3MF is my absolute favorite. The workouts are always different and every single trainer I’ve had is nothing short of amazing. They are so encouraging and extremely kind. I will forever be a 3MF member! Ps: you will truly be sore after every class (or maybe that’s just me) because the workouts are always challenging and different!
