Sent my phone for repair late last year. Ben replaced the screen without letting me know. Picked up the phone, it was still switching off and on on its own. Sent it back for another repair, tells me it needs a motherboard replacement. A month later, hands me back the phone. Tells me everything should be fine now but the power button is now broken, back cameras not functioning. The screen replacement is not displaying full clarity and contrast. I have reached out to him for further assistance. He has not responded since.
