It's a normal 3M, use a phone at the gate to enter and get a dock location. The roads are a bit tight but not bad. There is enough room to maneuver around into the dock and there is a porta-potty near the dock. The staff was very professional and mostly friendly. I was unloaded and driving back out of the gate less than an hour after arriving.

OTR: O/N pkng onsite. Plenty of maneuvering for dock. Porta-BR on site, clean. Secure Gate entry / exit. Onsite scale does not work. Loves CAT Scale 7 miles north.
