Would give a zero. I am a current resident in the south loop and we have CONSTANT issues - no hot water, disgusting trash areas, fire alarms that go off repeatedly and for hours, unfinished apartments, awful maintenance, and the list goes on. We get no clarity from management, and our rent is high for the quality of living here. I’ve had to ask maintenance to clean rotting food in the mailroom. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Seems like leaving a bad review is the only way to get in contact with the property managers or anyone. Had a viewing scheduled for 2:35pm in Hyde Park, no one showed up. Had me waiting in negative degrees! Thankfully someone opened the door for me. Tried to call property managers, got the voicemail every time.
