Not only is this business running a completely unprofessional workplace, but they also treat their workers just as badly as their customers. They absolutely lack respect for those around them, whether they are paying them or vice versa. Stay away from this company and find someone who actually cares about the well being of your pool/their own workers.
Do not use this company. Jeremy was to take the pool cover off weeks ago. He never returns calls although he says that he will call shortly. The lady in the office lied to me when she told me that I was on the schedule. Find a different company. Jeremy is not professional.
Do not do business with these people!! I’ve been trying to get repairs on my equipment I bought from them for 3 years. Jeremy won’t return phone calls and the girl behind the counter basically called me a liar twice. Stay away. Very dishonest!!
3 J’s pool service helps you trouble shoot problems on the phone instead of charging service calls. If I need them to come out and fix something they are my first call. Extremely knowledgeable and transparent company.
