A pool company who has been consistent and exceptional in servicing our pool for the past two years. Not only does the company take care of their customers, but they take care of their employees. Lacey. Kay has been cleaning our pool for the past year with 3J and is very personable. Any questions she has she gets us answers right away. Thank you 3J for being the most outstanding Pool company. We’ve had the experience to do business with in the Highland Lakes area.
We have had multiple positive experiences with this company. Excellent pool maintenance and cleaning. Helped me understand how to best balance chemicals when my pool was new. They have also provided excellent advice on things we can check prior to scheduling a potentially unnecessary service call. Love this business! Highly recommend for any of your pool needs! My neighbor also uses them and agrees they are the best around!
Solved a long outstanding design issue on my pool. Took 3 pumps down to one. Always have fantastic advice.
As others have stated below it is no longer a reputable company to work for or do business with. Look elsewhere. Usually dont leave reviews, just trying to do the right thing and warn people before they make the same mistake....
Not only is this business running a completely unprofessional workplace, but they also treat their workers just as badly as their customers. They absolutely lack respect for those around them, whether they are paying them or vice versa. Stay away from this company and find someone who actually cares about the well being of your pool/their own workers.
