Absolutely atrocious service. I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my hair braided. When I arrived at the scheduled time the shop was completely closed. I called Jessica and asked what was going on and she tried to convince me that my appointment was at 1PM not Noon. This is a complete falsehood. She did not arrive until 12:53PM at which point she was apparently having lunch and when I finally came by at 1:30PM (because she never actually notified me that she had arrived in the shop so I was waiting in a nearby... read more
