I’ve been seeing Gabe for about 8 weeks now. As an athlete, I’ve tried so many different approaches to feel better physically and mentally. But what he’s doing is different. By my third session, I was extremely exhausted and honestly feeling very depressed — and he truly helped bring me back to life. His hands feel like an angel’s. No exaggeration. I’m so grateful for the care and energy he puts into his work. Thank you

Gabe and Elizabeth Valdez has made a huge, positive improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing. I have been working with them for over 15 years and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. About 8 years ago I signed up my then teenage daughter with Elizabeth and Gabe and they have instilled a life long discipline and love for health and wellness in her for which I am so grateful.
