HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE ATTITUDE. ATTENDANT SHOWED UP WITH AN ATTITUDE, DID NOT REPAIR THE CEILING FAN, LEFT THE FAN TORN APART, WALKED OUT WITH OUT COMPLETING TASK, LIED TO AMERICAN HOME SHIELD ABOUT WHAT HE DID AND LEFT US A MESS. I HAVE NOTIFIED AHS NEVER TO SEND THAT COMPANY TO US AGAIN.
