It was great to work with Sam. He installed laminate flooring in my bedrooms which previously had carpeting. He took time out of his day to help me with picking out the materials needed. The work came out beautifully and everything was cleaned up well after the job was complete. A few days later (after the job was complete) I realized one of the rooms had a door that wouldn’t close correctly because the transition piece was higher than the one I originally had. Work was done on time and on budget. Very professional.
I hired 3GS construction to do moving in renovation on the House I bought after getting three different estimates from three different companies. They were the most reasonable yet most professional company to deal with. I had to move in within 2 weeks and they were able to complete the work within the two weeks. Unlike other companies will ask for 6 to 8 weeks to complete the same work I asked 3GS to do.. I want to send team for the great and quit work they did.
