We recently had a rough set of circumstances with a truck we purchased from 3Gen. After a short while our transmission went out after the warranty was out. Mitch at 3Gen moved heaven and earth to make it good even after my meltdown (which was needless). He took care of us even when he didn't have to. No matter where you buy a vehicle, you take risks.
