Absolutely fantastic mechanic who is honest and upfront, would recommend any day of the week. My car died and needed to be towed to a mechanic with multiple issues. On the advice of my neighbour we got it towed to 3Gen and so glad we did. They explained the diagnostic costs/process well, and once that was completed Marsen outlined the steps and costs involved in the repair work. It was done promptly and at a reasonable price. We will be continuing to use them and recommend.
