I took my car in to have the washer pump replaced, but after the repair the front and rear washers were working the wrong way — pressing the front washer button sprayed the rear, and vice versa. When I asked about it, they said the job was done correctly and wanted to charge extra to fix or diagnose .I believe a proper repair should restore the system to work as it originally did. I wonder if people would like this service.
