I had been going to 3G for FFL transfers for a few years. No issues for the most part, except for sometimes they wouldn't be open during normal business hours, no biggie, I live down the road and it's no issue to come back the next day. A couple years ago this all changed. I went in to pickup an FFL transfer. I was getting a Romanian PSL rifle with scope. Dropped an AR off about 6 months ago for a strip down, sonic clean, cerakote, and test fire. Was told 3-4 weeks for turnaround time. After numerous attempts to contact, both in person, by phone, and messaging, it took 6 months to get it back, with only the cerakote completed. Many excuses made for lack of follow-through. At this point, I will be taking the weapon platform to another, more reputable gunsmith, to actually get the work done, in a timely fashion with not every excuse imaginable. Super service went in to get a trigger and guy at the counter was dealing with a customer so i waited till he was finished with his questions. I asked for the trigger and he went to the back but on his way the first customer comes back in the store looks at the 203 in the glass and asked about the price. The guy who was taking care of me turned around like he forgot i even existed and told him all about the 203 left me standing still waiting on the trigger Old English fixed me up tho

Driven over 6 times in the last month and the shop has not been open even though it is during posted hours. Called multiple times and left multiple messages and no one returns calls.
