Vincent is highly knowledgeable on security cameras and system installation. He was methodical and made sure the system was working properly. After he left, I had a camera that needed tweaking. He was on it immediately. I highly recommend contact him to install your system.

We contacted 3G Security Solutions for our security camera installation at our business in King George, VA. The camera installation was less than 6 months ago and we have consistently had issues with two outdoor cameras. We have contacted Vince, our technician and his customer service is less than desirable -- he gives you the impression that you are bothering him when you have an issue, very condescending and demeaning. My agreement was for warranty of 1 year on labor and 3 years on equipment. My last contact with Vince by ... read more
We decided to go with 3G Security Solutions because of the 100% customer satisfaction, however, we are so disappointed. We have had nothing but problems with our monitoring system; specifically the cameras. 3 out door cameras stop working when it rains and to date they are still not working. Called the company and spoke with Vince who was rude and very demeaning. Said he couldn't fix my existing problem without a service agreement.
